IDXdirect failed to deliver website and didn't refund my full payment. Los Angeles California

I offer this summary of a very disappointing experience with IDXdirect in hopes that others will avoid a similar experience.

1. While IDXdirect promised a quick delivery, I waited weeks and then months.

2. On Day 1, they accepted my order, my specs and charged my AMEX card in advance and in full.

3. Many phone calls and emails were made— asking for project status???

4. On Day 52, IDXdirect's President/Sales Manager told me that IDXdirect could not meet my project specs unless additional money was paid. It seems that IDXdirect never noticed that I required data feeds from 2 MLS Boards not just 1.

5. On Day 71, I received an Email from their Tech Rep telling me that they could not meet my project specification of a "direct data feed of raw MLS data" that I specified on Day 1. IDXdirect's President/Sales Manager notified me that this was possible if a second increase in fees were paid.

6. On Day 74, I cancelled the order.

7. Since then, I am still waiting for a full refund of my money that I paid in full and in advance.
