Towards the beginning of October I email John Lindsey at [email protected] to ask if they can make customize sized car magnet signs since I needed 1 sign 13.5 x 13.5. He replied back saying that he could do that. I made payment by credit card.
On October 27th I received a magnet sign but it was the wrong size, 12 x 22 3/4. I called and left a message at 866-769-7446 as well as sent an email on October 28th about the incorrect sign size.
On Monday October 30th a female returned my call saying that the correct item would be mailed to me ASAP and that there is no need to send back the wrong sized sign I was already sent since they couldn't do anything with it. She then apologized. Since I had good service from them with a previous order, I didn't think there was any reason to believe that I would not get the correct item I ordered. I also got an email reply from John on October 30th with a proof of the correct size sign for me to ok.
On October 31st I sent an approval to produce it since I got confirmation from John that it was in fact a 13.5 x 13.5.
On November 1st at 11:46 am John replied to my email saying "We will ship it out ASAP. Sorry for the confusion."
On November 13th I still had not gotten the corrected sign. I sent an email and left a voice message asking for the status. Nobody returned either so I called again and sent another email on November 15th.
When I called I spoke with Karen who said that per her records the sign was shipped on November 13th and I should have it by the following Wednesday.
Wednesday, November 22 came and still no sign. I called and spoke to Karen again, she gave me a UPS tracking # and said the sign was already sent. I went to the UPS web site; the tracking # she gave me was for the incorrect sign I already got on October 27th. I called back and left a message with this info as well as sent another email. Neither were returned.
