I paid $727 for a web page that looks terrible. All they did was change the name on a template and they call that a completed web page. They didn't even bother to use capital letters and they left their name on the page just as large as my web site name. Well, I don't know how to get the web page changed. Worst of all, I paid $5900 for "coaching". I have had absolutely no contact with an Advertising Coach. Nada. Zip. I don't even know her name or have her contact information. I'm willing to pay them $250 for the little work they've done, but I want a full refund of the balance. Punitive damages would be nice too. I never signed a Fullfillment Invoice authorizing them to do anything for me except possibly to "build" the web site. I never signed anything regarding an Advertising Coach and I don't believe I provided them with an IRS Form 9. I want $5900 727.55 19.95 - 250 = $6397.50 within 10 days or I will be contacting my attorney and from Terry GOddard who I believe is the Attorney General of the State of Arizona.
