... Just picked up this new contact email address, on your website. Unless you can immediately provide me with a satisfactory explanation (... AND REASONABLE OFFER FOR RESOLUTION...) on your consistantly, appauling service (I have also called and left telephone messages at your 1-866-323-5299 number, all to no avail!), I will be sure to post my experience with your company, on a few choice websites, so that others may be warned of your business practices, before considering purchase of your books and products!
