I received my computer in March. I set it up in April.By August I started having problems. After making several complaints Dell finally decided to have a NY technicina contact me and set up a in home repair in early September. I had the cd drive replaced. My daughter and I are the only ones that use the computer we are both at work during the day. I rarely use the computer at home becausr=e I have access to one at work. We hardly used the cd drive. Why a replacement? In October I began having problems and after going through tests with a technicina my hard drive now had to be replaced. I file a complaint with the BBB along with posting this on Ripoff. I am asking that the unit be exchanged or refund me my money.
