I'd Wildblue Internet mounted at my house 7 weeks before. The support hasn't performed correctly. I've difficulties obtaining any online sites on the standard schedule, and am continuously discovering I can't deliver or get emails. After 7 weeks of continuous worrying and troubleshooting with Wildblue, the organization continues to be not able to repair the problem. I'd like out-of my contract plus they decline, showing I'm accountable for spending money on the final 5 weeks of the agreement. The organization has not even close to existed as much as its guarantees in its agreement. Lately, I named the organization about 3 months before and stated I needed to stop which is no further approved to consider cash from my bill. You know what? They got cash again two nights before without agreement to do this. I recently packed dial-up on my pc. It is quicker than Wildblueis allegedly fastest bundle. I've submitted grievances using the Federal Trade Commission and also the BBB, which organization merely doesn't care!

Don't try the corporation. When you have problems with the assistance, you're by yourself!!!
