I ordered a Deal or No Deal Electronic Game. I recieved a Deal or No Deal Hand Held Game.

This was to be a christmas gift for my daughter, it arrived after christmas and was not what I odered.

I have sent e-mails asking for the correct item or to have a credit issued to my credit card. All attempts to reach them by phone or e-mail has gone unanswered.
