To everyone who is considerering using small animal delivery service please take this seriously! This was so upsetting, my local vetrinarian looked at Duke and gave me factual information that he had not had any food or water for at least 12 to 18 hours if not longer.
When i recieved Duke i sat him down in the yard to sign paper work that i had recieved him and he fell down on the ground he was trying to walk and couldnt he made it about 5 feet falling down 3 times, when i questioned small animal delivery they said he just needed to adapt to me, i was given the run around about his condition they had no answers and wanted to leave as quickly as possible.
Duke was to arrive at my home sunday at noon and did not arrive until monday at 5: OO PM. Norman koelmel didnt make it to me sunday because he told me he drove to New York and Pennsylvania and was stuck in traffic and weather. The kennel that I purchased Duke from was never aware of him taking Duke to these states, he was in the van from thursday evening until monday at 5: OO PM.
Please think about Duke and the abuse he went through in the hands of this small animal delivery service, Look for a caring service that truly cares about the animals wellfare.
