Ripoff Took my money & never sent items ordered won't take calls

This company is AWFUL... This has never happened to me! Ordered $65 worth of christmas gifts for my 6 year old 1 month ago & nothing. Charged my card the day items were ordered but won't answer phone or emails! I know @ this point the items will not arrive (Blendy Pens, Crunch Art, Illustory) but now I'm out money and no gifts for my daughter.
