Never recieved ink and when I canceled my order my account was never credited back

I placed a order for four ink cartridges online through this Company. I waited 10 days and called them. They said it was shipped and I should have got it. They said they were going to re-ship the order. I again waited 4 more days and called again they said they ran out of those cartridges and had to wait till they got more in. I then got suspicious about everything and called them once more and told them to cancel and to credit the amount back into our account, which was never done. They have our account information from our Debit card to our bank.
