Ripped off my bank account -then sent items totally different from invoice. Refused to be contacted., California

I sent order on 08/15 and waited patiently to get order. I received ink cartridges that were totally different than ones that I chose and requested on invoice. Was told not to attempt any further contacts pertaining to the order that order had been confirmed. Mailed cartridges back to company after having to pay self postage. Still have not received exchanged cartridge as of 09-05.

I tried for a full day to contact company both internet and phone. Was given no consideration. This has caused a great set-back as well as inconvenience to me in that I have not been able to use my printer and can not afford to buy cartridges elsewhere.

I also was told to allow approximately 7-12 business days for exchanges etc. It only took Ezinkjets one day to get my money from my account. I appears that they ship nothing until they get your money and then just plain ship you anything that they want you to have then refuse to listen or be contacted. This kind of treatment makes bad business and untrustworthiness for all internet shopping and good business to prosper.
