Ordered ink cartridges on December 31. Recieved an e-mail jan 3 with order# and tracing thru USPS. Also my credit card was charged. They stated shipping would be 3-9 days.
After ten days the USPS tracking was unavailable and so I email them thru thier support address. NO RESPONSE.
At 21 days I called their phone number and talked to support person. I asked for them to cancel the order and and refund to my credit card. They said they would check on the shipping but would not cancel the order. They sent the order that night and was recieved in two days. The merchandise was junk and unusable. I returned their order and have not heard from them.
Time to contact my credit card company and register them as a fraud.
