I requested inkjet cartridges and obtained the incorrect manufacturer. I delivered the wrong tubes pursuing all recommendations about the EZInkjet.com site. Our email bill displays the things were effectively delivered to EZInkjet.com however they didn't substitute the tubes and didn't give a return. After several weeks and several efforts to acquire a reimbursement I've quit. They've my cash and WOn't return it. Buyer beware.
