Sent wrong item, no return

In August of 'July bought 3 ink cartridges and was delivered the incorrect types for my printer. I delivered them having a finished return authorization type and not heard something. Approached them again and was informed these were on back-order. Waited 8 weeks and called again. Nevertheless on back-order. Named a week ago (4/1/07) and was told they hadn't done any refunds since Nov and I would be put on a waiting list. I'm creating a criticism against them using the State Attorney General's office.
