I too have had trouble getting my rebate from this company. Surprisingly, I was informed that my rebate was accepted and everything was fine, OnRebate.com just never bothered to send me my rebate check.
After about three and a half months of waiting, I sent several e-mails asking when I would get my money. Their only response to date was a thank you for my e-mail and a short message saying they were forwarding my request to their accounting department. That was two weeks ago, and once again I am waiting to hear from them.
After reading other reports on this website, I also am filing a complaint with the FTC and anybody else I can think of. I also will tell all my friends and family to never do business with TigerDirect or OnRebate.
