I was charged $49.99 and $9.99 for something i never receved. I never receved my ebay box and never started my service and they charged me. When i called the number in my bank account i got someone after being on hold for 30 minuts. All that person did was cancel my account. I asked the lady to transfer me to someone higher up and she gave me a code and a number. While on hold again they hung up on me. So i called back and got someone i couldn't even hear but what i could hear was her telling me that it was my fault for not cancleing in time when i didn't know i had a time because i never started a service. She also told me that my money was gone and it was not refundable. Now im just trying to find some help so i can get my $60.00 back
