2 times this month, (10/10 and 10/17) this company has taken 49.95 from my account and a third time 1.97 was taken fir this "Fast Auction Profits" program or web site or whatever.in addition to this their "MYSEOGUIDENET" has taken 9.95 for whatever that is supposed to be. I have no recollection of having ever ordered this whatever it is. I do not know how they have gotten my debit info, but I want my money back.
I have called their number many many times trying to get to talk to someone about this problem and always get a mechanized line that puts me on hold and after 15 or 20 minutes asks for a password and then, since I have no password, it hangs up on me.
Any company that will not speak to a "customer" without a password for customer service purposes and billing them for the "privilege" is ripping them off.
Can anyone out there help me?
