Charged $49.95 for a service that I never knew I had access to. First Customer Service Rep hung up on me after requesting to speak to her supervisor. Second Rep was nicer. Claimed I signed up for this service. I did not. Also, in clear English I asked if any other so called "authorized" charges would be taken from my account. Said "No". Bull! 1 week later I was charged $9.95 from myseaoguidenet.com. Never heard of them either.
No phone number listed for this charge, but an address in St. George, UT was. Sounds a little fishy. Soon as the pending was taken off the transaction, the phone number showed up. Same as Priority Auction Profit. 866-652-0479. Went to that website and came up with another number 800-597-0367. Never could get through on the other number. I wonder why. This 800 number will at least get you a person, who knows if they will hang up on you or not. Suppose to be getting a refund, that was before the 9.95 charge and canceling bank card in order to get them to stop charging for unauthorized charges.
Called bank and have filled out necessary paperwork. Better Business Bureau is next. Good luck to anyone that has the misfurtune to deal with them.
