I was charged $49.95 on 10/19 for a service that I never knew I had access to. I only requested a free CD and agreed to pay shipping charges of $1.47. I did not agree to become a member in any fashion. When I called to company, they said they would cancel my membership (which I did not sign up for), and then they charged me $9.95 more on 10/26 and I don't know what for.
I spoke to Rhea on 10/27 when I called 866-652-0479 who connected me to Customer Service at 800-595-3986. That person told me tough luck in so many words when I requested my money be credited back to my account. I will now have to cancel my debit card and wait for another card number.
At no time did the website say I was signed up for membership. There was a part of the screen that invited me to use a password provided to join, but I did not use that word.
I noticed another person had a similar experience with this company when I researched it.
