Making unauthorized debits to my bank acct. They only said they would charge the $1.97 for the cd, no other charges were mentioned

They tell you this CD is to help you with starting up an EBay account. All you need to do is buy the $1.97 CD. I called them, they claim they will refund the unauthorized $49.95 the took out of my bank account. We will see.
