I purchased a brand new Dimension E510 on 12.29.05. This computer never worked properly. I tried to return this but they stated that it was not within their 21 day return policy.
I then had several qualified tech looks at the computer with this cost being over $900 (more than the comp is worth).
The mother board is bad and has been from the beginning.
Dell still as of today will not let me return this until I run diagnostic tests with them. This is impossible to do as nothing will work in the USB ports.
I would like a new computer and reimbursement for all of the money I have spent trying to fix this machine.
I use this daily as part of my career so they are now infringing on my ability to generate income for myself.
