I ordered several parts from user part4porsche and received some junk from Taiwan. The parts would not fit, were of poor quality and could not be installed. Later I found out that this user is identical with at least 2 suspended users (guess why...?) one of these suspended user names (my-porsche) could be seen in the background of the pictures of his items when he used his new user name (part4porsche), that is more than evident. Amazing-carparts was showing the same pictures with exactly the same items and prices as part4porsche. When amzing-carparts was suspended he started to offer the same items under part4porsche.
I have contacted ebay about 7 times giving them this information. The only response I ever received was three lines of???
When I asked them about the meaning of their response, my question was ignored. When contacting their chat line the only response was: "you have to contact our security dept. Directy, I can assure you, they are going to respond within 48 hours"
I asked the lady for a way to contact a supervisor in ebays security dept.- she told me that she did not have any means to forward my complaint or to give me any other contact information than the general email link that I had already used 7 times without success.
What I understand is that this fraudulent seller is a "good ebay customer" and ebay does not have any serious interest in kicking him out, obviously because of the commission that he is paying to ebay.
