Paypal ebay discriminates against new sellers! They did it to everyone in my family www.ebay.com

Hello
i was an ebay user for years, since 2002 in fact, until recently. I have never had a problem with ebay until the last year or so when i started showing my friends and family how to use the site to make money from home like i did. After all, thats what ebay is is'nt it? A site to buy and sell on so you can make some extra cash or get a great deal? Well, when my sisters, brothers, a few friends and even my mom started using the site to sell on, they were suspended and blocked! Almost immediately. Wow! Every one of them in a 2 or 3 month period were suspended from ebay for what ebay said was "abusing ebay". How in hell can it be abuse of the site when you are doing exactly what the site was designed for?!

After submission of all kinds of sensitive documents and things that my family did not feel comfortable about sending to a company that they knew little about, they still were suspended. It is complete discrimination all the way around. Because if you buy all day on ebay as a new user, there is'nt a thing done to you. But if you sell too much too fast, especially as a new user, you are a fraud and a scammer as far as ebay is concerned. And it is completely suprising to see how many people ebay has done this to. There are thousands upon thousands of ligitimate sellers that just so happen to have a lot of things to sell and they decided to use ebay to do so. But they are discriminated against and suspended for "abuse" of the site.

Well with all of these new sellers that are getting suspended and blocked, how does ebay think it will continue to profit. Thats how ebay makes their money by charging you 3 times to sell one item. Twice if you dont use paypal. Ironically, they encourage you to sell on their site when you sign up. They throw the "start selling" sign all over the place at you when you sign up and start using the site. Then, when you do start to sell, you get blocked because ebay thinks you are a fraud. I read one report that said ebay will suspend you if you have less than 10 feedbacks. Well it would be easy to buy 10 items just to get 10 positive feedbacks so that you dont get suspended off the site when you start to sell. If that is the case, ebay needs to post on their site when you sign up that "you cannot sell until you get more than 10 feedback points" and that will eliminate all of this. But that cant be true because the feedbacks are buyer and seller feedbacks. And they are counted differently. So you still are back at square one.

I believe that it is time to put a stop to the discrimination of ebay by forming a class action lawsuit against them for their shady practices and how they enforce them. I am quite sure there are way more than enough people to get involved in this to get the attention of some very powerful attorneys and get ebay changed, or shut it down all together for seller discrimination. The only winners on ebay as it stands are ebay itself for charging outrageous charges to sell on their site and the honestly fraudulent sellers that continue to sell on ebay everyday. I guess they had their 10 feedbacks already... Ps. My account was also recently suspended. They said it was for late payment on seller fees. But i was still charged for existing listings that i had when i was suspended. I know that they thought i was selling too much too fast to the point where they tried to force me to upgrade my account to a business account so they could charge me even more money to sell... As it should be called.."ebay, the very inconvenient discrimination site".
