Bay has suspended my account several days ago. I have been a member since 2003 with no issues. About two months ago i have started listing new items and they all had some kind of issues and they removed them i understood and never relisted them or relisted them by fixing the problem. Later I was suspended. Then I understood why and i was reinstated.

A week after reinstatement i was SUSPENDED AGAIN for making a human error. Using Blackthorne which is ebays program i listed items that i knew had no issues.BY mistake the same item was listed 15 times that did have issues and was not allowed. It was scheduled in Blackthorne somehow. We did not mean to schedule the listings and list them. It was a mistake. We explained a million times that it was a mistake and all that we got was automated emails saying that we are suspended indefinitely. Logically I would never list items that are not allowed or that i have not fixed. It happened by HUMAN ERROR using BLACKTHORNE which is ebays program.

I DO NOT KNOW HOW THAT HAPPENED Getting automated emails saying that iam not elligible for reinstatement is not fair since it was an error. I am not being heard and keep getting the same response saying it is an indefinite suspension and i cant appeal anymore. Thats not fair.

Resolution Sought: I would like ebay to understand that It was a mistake to list those 15 items it was done by their own program automatically. We were not aware those item swere listed and we were suspended again. I would like ebay to reinstate my account and understand that iam a human and that even an idiot wont do anything a week after they were reinstated. I only had issues in the past two months not ever before since 2003. I am a good user. Please reinstate user id xylodisbtq

I explained that this is just a mistake and nothing. I am a good user, a good person, and always respected their policy.

In return all i got was automated messages. No matte rhow much i appeal this is what i got as a response: "
Dear Beata
thank you for writing eBay in regard to your account suspension and listing removal.

We value your concerns and have reviewed your account again. However, though we understand that you may not agree with our decision, your account will remain closed indefinitely.

Please understand that eBay is not in a position to judge the authenticity of items listed on the site. As a consequence of questionable statements in your listing, the eBay Trust and Safety team could not allow your listing to remain on eBay.

And then they also said:
Thank you for writing to eBay in regard to account suspension. Your account was suspended from eBay due to the violation of our site policy as stated in the email that was sent earlier.

I've reviewed the details of your suspension along with the information that you provided. I understand that you think our decision to uphold this suspension was unfair. We take your complaint very seriously.
However, after reviewing your account and your earlier correspondence, we've found that your suspension is in line with our site policies, and we won't be able to reverse it."
