Thieves consumer rip-off fraud

I signed up for the "ATT Worldnet $7.00 /. 07 Internet Plan" in 2000.

I cancelled in late 2000 before moving. They kept charging my account. Finally it stopped, money was refunded.

Now a $10.95 debit is showing up on our bank statement?

I have been trying to find a phone # or service dept. To
get this stoped and 2 months of refund.

(Interesting... ATT home office has always been BUSY???)

How can I get rid of these Guys?
