I recently made a purchase on the Internet via Paypal to a company by the name of CITIBAGS aka NATHAN TRADERS out of Houston, Texas.
I have reported this company to Paypal, as they are taking payments for them however, they are on the internet as fraudulent (people never receive the goods promised).
Paypal continues to "verify" them as a member in good standing, effectively aiding and abetting their deceptive scheme. Paypal seller ID for this company is "EXCLUSIVEBAG".

Total transaction amount was $156.00USD, a portion of which was debited to my Paypal account ($56.97USD), and the balance debited to my VISA card ($99.03USD).
BEWARE, I AM STILL FIGHTING WITH BOTH PAYPAL AND THE VISA COMPANY TO GET MY FUNDS BACK. I cannot believe that with so much detail on the company, something cannot be done on our behalf. What about a VISA chargeback - doesn't something like that exist? If nothing else, I think Paypal should give me my money back for wrongfully representing this company!
