I started my rebate fiasco on the 1st of April. Sent my forms within the narrow window allowed with all the appropriate papers.
On the 14th of April I recieved there response saying I did not send in the right Verizon bill.
So I e-mailed all the forms several times until they finally admitted they recieved them on the 25th of April.
I talked to a person who identified himself as J.L. And he told me everything looked good and I should be recieving my rebates in 6 to 8 weeks.
Its now the end of August and Ive heard nothing. They dont return e-mails and there web site for rebates doesnt seem to work anymore.
Im going to report them to BBB and the states attorney office. If anybody knows what else I can do please send a response and let me know.
