I bought 2 RAZR phones from Wirelfy.com in Oct. 2005 and entitled to a rebate of $180 for each phone from Wirefly.com. I submitted the rebates and all requirement papers in April. I received the email response in May 11 from the rebate processing center confirmed they received my rebate claim. They gave my submission claim ID: 71353066 & 71353062 for my order # 384750570. They also gave the customer service # 866-800-4303 and asked me check status frequently via cellphonerebates.com
After 10 weeks (per their recommendation), I checked and only receive message to check back again. I called the number and only get the message to call back or check the website. I think they are ripping off customer like me and continue to do that if nobody stop them.By prolong the process, thye think we will give up and forget about it. I WILL NOT let this GO ever unti I receive my rebates.
