I won a necklace on Bidz.com and never received it. Their tracking information shows that it was sent to my local post office. The post office checked and told me it never arrived there. When I contacted them, they said they were sending me claim forms to file a claim with the Postal Inspector's office. But, this doesn't make sense as they were the ones that supposedly mailed it. If someone committed fraud, it was them. I never received the forms.in one day, they sent me three e-mails telling me three different things. Now, they will not respond to me. Their customer service people on their live help, are no help. They don't appear to be able to speak english or understand it well. They also seem to have pre-prepared computer generated responses. I am getting no where with them!
