In June I bid on 2 rings. The first was to be my husbands wedding ring since we were getting married in July. That item never made it. The second ring was for a friend of ours that had given us the money since she did not have a credit card. The package for that item arrived with a sticker that read "received without contents".
Below is a copy of one of the emails that I received over the 3 months I was fighting with them to get my items or a refund! On July 16th I received an email stating that I will be receiving a claims package in the mail. On August that package finally arrived. I filled out 2 different claims forms and sent them back. To this day, a year later, I still have not heard anything back from bidz.com, they refuse to respond to my emails or my phone messages.
I have often wondered if there is anything that I can do about this. I have saved all of my emails from them and copies of all the claim forms that were sent back to them. Any suggestions?
