Here's the same old responses I get each time I wrote to them regarding the proceedings of my claim.
"Dear Customer,
Thank you for shopping Bidz.com. At this time we have not received
your claim forms. As soon as we receive the forms they will be forward to
the Inspectors for an evaluation. Once we get clearance from our
Insurance Company we will proceed with a refund.
If something is wrong/missing with the claim forms or there is
problem you will receive a notice from the Inspectors and will be contacted
by bidz.com or the International Postal Inspectors.

The form had been sent more than a month ago by registerd mail with tracking # and they still haven't received it yet!!!
