On 7/6/06 I placed an internet order with this company for a pair of shoes. On 7/7/06 I received an e-mail stating the item would be shipped in 2-3 days and my credit card was also charged on 7/7/06. For the last week I have tried to contact Customer Service with no response. I have left a total of 5 messages & I have also sent 2 e-mail messages.
All I ever get is a recording stating my call will be returned within 1 hour. At this time I have not received any response from them & 2 weeks later still have not received my shoes.
