I purchased 3 headbands and one bow on March 4 from Nala Grace Bows. I used a 50% off coupon code so I got a really great deal, or so I thought. The website states that each bow is "Handcrafted" and takes time to produce. So, when I didn't receive my items after a couple of weeks I wasn't too concerned. However, just to be sure my order was placed and there were no oversights I emailed Nala Grace on March 23 asking for an update. I received a quick email back stating the items had shipped out that morning. Yay! I waited patiently for my items to be delivered. I am still waiting almost another two weeks later. I emailed Nala Grace asking for a shipping confirmation. I received response. There is no other contact information available for Nala Grace. After googling "NALA GRACE BOWS" I have come to the conclusion I will never receive the items I purchased. I have never had any problems with anything I have purchased online. However, after this incident I am a much more cautious shopper. Please do not buy from nala grace!!!
