I placed an order on November 3rd... They charged my credit card the same day... I received a confirmation e-mail stating i'd receive an e-mail when my order shipped... And then NOTHING! Their website says "We are available to answer your questions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week"... I have been calling EVERYDAY for the past 12 days and I get nothing but voicemail. I have left several messages... No response. I have even sent messages (A LOT of messages) through the sites contact form... Again - no response!!!
