This company Zybertour, kept calling me and calling me to ask me if I would like to consolidate my bills, it would be a one time charge of $417. Oo.
The first time I said no to them but like a fool they talked me into it the second time.
They proceeded to take the $417.00 out of my bank straight away.
When I received this so called package all it was, was a software package they were trying to sell, they mentioned that if you go through the whole package and then call some of the listed banks I would be able to get a Visa card with a small interest rate from some banks.
First of all I did not open the package that the diskette came in as I already had a program at work similar to that, plus I did not have a computer at home so why in the world would I want this program.
Second when I called 3 of the banks they had never heard of Zybertour.
Third they falsely advertised as they are telling people on the phone this was for a credit card to reduce your current interest rate, they did not mention at all the software package.
I sent my stuff back the following day, they received my package back via Fed-Ex on Monday 6th May, they are now telling me they do not have to refund me until up to 45 days, I know this must be wrong. They were so quick to take my money from my checking account now all I want is for them to put it back in NOW. Is that so much to ask when all they have to do is re-key in my number and give me a credit to my bank account.
Please do not let these people push you around and talk you into anything, they know just enough to not make this a rip of scam.
Is there anyway someone can help me out to get my $417 dollars back before the end of June.
