Although I have never used or downloaded Skype software, two charges appaered on my PyPal account form them. My bank has taken appropriate action against Skype and PayPal has assured me they recognized the charges as unusual activity and had already flagged the transaction before I contacted them. Apparently Skype does this quite often.
