Ripoff dishonest fraudullent billing-service not ordered

SurfSafe Internet Services charges of $14.95 first showed up on my Bellsouth billing statements dated April 16 through to June 16. (3 mos.)

3.22.06: I upgraded my Bellsouth account to DSL Extreme modem, Unlimited Long Distance and DirectTV. I thought these charges were connected with this upgrade package.

7.1.06: After questioning the high monthly charges on my Bellsouth statement I reviewed the bill in detail and called SurfSafe to inquire what these charges are for stating they were never requested by me and asked to issue credit for three months ($44.85)

7.1.06: Spoke with Sean at 1.800.433.4518 @ 2pm who said the account was activated 3.16.06 but gave me 1.866.398.1625 to call to find out who activated it on the internet. Couldn't contact anyone because hours are Monday-Friday 8am - 9pm.

While on hold with the above SurfSafe number it mentioned their website, which upon visiting I came upon your website explaining the fraudelant billing being done and feel I have become a victim as well. Monday, 7.3.06 I will call to inquire further.

Please keep me informed if there is anything further I need to do.
