SurfSafe Internet services showed up on my Verizon phone bill a couple of months ago. I have called SurfSafe and told them that I never ordered their services, therefore, they need to cancel. They don't listen. I also called Verizon & told them that I did not order SurfSafe. My current phone bill has SurfSafe Internet on there again! I'm glad I found this consumer complaints website. Maybe someone can put a stop to companies charging for services that someone never asked for.
