Ipoff-got my phone bill in the mail today & saw that surfsafe internet billed me on it for $39.95. I have never even heard of them before. Luckily bellsouth took it off my bill for me & i do not have to pay for it but they say i do have to call them to cancel my service they took upon theirselves to bill me for. I called today & said they were closed & ony open monday thru friday from 8am-9pm. Why should we have to cancel the service we did not even order? How on earth can this even be legal???
