I ordered a presecription from this online pharmacy on June 9, and my credit card was immediately charged. I had ordered in the past from this company and received immediate email responses that ordered had been received, confirmed, and (within a few hours) shipped, with a Fed Ex tracking number. When none of these emails were forthcoming with this order, I contacted customer service several times, only to receive very unhelpful form emails. When I still had no information on Monday, I tracked down the non-customer service number and actually received a call back; I was told that the product had been out of stock but was back in stock and would go out on Monday. Of course, nothing happened, and on Tuesday I sent another email questioning why my card had been billed when the product hadn't been shipped; the response was that it was OK to do that since a MD had OK'd my prescription (probably not true) and expressing surprise that my order hadn't been shipped. Next I threatened to call my credit card and cancel payment; I heard back that their Fed Ex equipment wasn't working! I canceled payment today, and I see now that many others have complained about this company.
