I don't remember when I ordered it. I am just now starting to work on it as I hadn't found the email till today. I had called and canceled my ordered Feb. 20th so I had probably ordered it around the time they billed me for the whole amount instead of the 10.95 or whatever it was they were susposed to have. The following is the email they sent:
Thank you for contacting Prosvent customer service regarding order number *. Our system indicates your credit card was billed in the amount of $79.85 on 1-23-12, and your order shipped on 1-24-12. You may contact our customer service department to obtain return instructions for this order; your Prosvent Preferred Shipping Program, meanwhile, has been cancelled.
