ANOTHER "tale of woe" - Brake Rotors and Pads

I recently (5-20-09) placed my order for a set of 4 rotors and brakes pads, after speaking with a customer service rep. (I will ALWAYS check reviews BEFORE I place Internet orders in the future.) My credit card was billed in full on 5-21-09.
1 week later, I called to find out where the delivery was. The polite rep I spoke with said the parts had to be 'manufactured', but I would receive a 10% credit on my order, (never applied) and the parts would be shipped from their NJ warehouse the beginning of the next week.
When I called again to followup, I was told they would send a 'tracking verification' number in an email when the parts shipped. When I said that wasn't good enough, and I wanted either a call on the following Monday, confirming the shipment and guaranteeing delivery by that friday, or just cancel the order, they agreed.
At 4:30pm my time, on Monday, I hadn't heard a word. I called the 'customer service' line, said "cancel the order" and was told it was too late - the parts had shipped. I told them I had contacted my credit card co., to void the transaction, and I would refuse the delivery.
I never received the email cancellation confirmation, the 'tracking verification', or a phone call, let alone the ordered parts.
Save yourself the aggravation - buy from a reputable company!
