Takes your money and never fills prescription!

Placed an order for on-line presecription and have never received. First the told me that my debit card did not process and to please resubmit, which I did with a credit card. They then billed me 114.00 on both accounts.

Here is an exzerpt of the emails that have been going back & forth:

Me: I placed an order with you and you have charged me multiple times for my order which I have not yet received.

Hi, We thank you for your order. As you would have observed the payment is processed directly between the customer and secure server. We only received the shipping information, product and quantity to be shipped to the customer. Find you had clicked two times on the order button resulting in multiple payments being processed

We have accepted the first order and declined the other orders. The provision done by your bank for excess payment should be reversed in around 15 days.

Can you please advise me as to how this order was shipped? (US Mail, UPS etc) It was not delivered today in my regular mail and it has been over 12 working days. Can you please give me a tracking number, order number etc..

Also, I did not hit the submit button twice. I was told that my initial payment did not remit, and to replace my order via the website again. I did so with another credit card number and was billed on both accounts. I would like to know which payment you are going to reverse.

Excuse me, but could you please answer my questions? How did this order ship? I would like the tracking number please. Also, which account did you request a refund on?

My experience with your company has not been good. I have asked for a phone number to speak with someone directly, but that question was ignored as well. The email address you supplied on my order confirmation does not work it is invalid. The phone number for mdpays.com who billed my account says that the mailbox is full.

You offer no other options for express shipping, and it takes far too long to receive via whatever method your company uses. Your email responses are also not appropriate. If you are trying to build a recurring base of business, you are not going to accomplish your goals if you give this type of service. It is obvious to me that you are only after getting someone's money for a one time shot, and possibly not even provide the products ordered.

If I do not have my order by tomorrow, I will stop payment on the credit card order and contact my bank to reverse the charges on my drafted account.

Since the order was with free shipping the consignment was shipped through registered airmail The normal delivery is around 12 days

The request to refund second payment on to your card was submitted by us. It will take around 15 days to appear in your credit card statement

To date I have received nothing and there have been no requests for credits to be issued accoring to my bank and credit card holder. I also requested phone numbers several times with those questions being ignored. They gave me a customer service email address that is a hotmail account and is invalid. There are no phone numbers, contact names, locations etc on thier site which should have clued me in - I'll know better next time. Working with the Bank and Credit Card company now to have charges reversed.
