Fraudulent & Unprofessional Sales Practices

I placed an order on www.phppod.com for a php script. The vendor did not indicate that the script required Mysql 4.1. This is vital information of which the buyer must be informed by the seller.

I contacted www.phppod.com in a courteous and professional manner requesting a refund. I received back from vendor, ie., [email protected], in retaliation a cancellation of my order with a refusal of a refund of the funds he received for that order from me. I then continued to receive a series of rude, dishonest, unprofessional, and malicious emails from the vendor in retaliation for my filing of a PayPal complaint.

Vendor refused a refund even though he did not provide critical information at the time of sale. He then in fact cancelled my order after I requested a refund, yet still refused a refund. (I can provide copies of all correspondence.)
