After realizing that this vendor is exploiting my stupidly paying $4500.00 by two credit cards I tried to obtain a refund from the vendor.
After receiving refusal, I contacted the Attorney General of Arizona at: 1275 west washington phoenix, az 85007-2926.
All vendor actions were detailed to the AG.
By 1/12/09 I had'received a check from Vendor for $2500. It bounced. Redeposited for payment on 1/27/09 It cleared.
It is suggested that all complaint folks who had rerported NO WORRIEZ SOLUTIONS should contact the AZ AG to act for them.
Perhaps you'll get a 100% refund and put that org out of business.
