Ripoff fraudulent billing of my checking account 2x amount of 100.00

I also ordered the"free" video, 24days later I got the internet set, then I got the word series 10 days later. On my most recent bank statement I had been charged for both. $79.95 for 1 and $19.95 for second one. I did not order either one of these. I am more than a little pi*ed!!!
