Dear, fellow consumers.
Emd or also known as easymusicdowloads is a complete fraudulent company. There is no contact information what so ever for this company. I was charged 21.95 for a year of service and was never e mailed my login information. I proceeded to try and contact this company is hopes of fixing this problem but was shocked to find no contact info at all!
My bank did a expanded search to find some sort of info on the solid solution company which is (the company that debits your card) once again there was no contact information. My bank could not even find a phone number!
I placed a dispute on the charged based on the fact that they have taken 21.95 from my account without delivering a product. They state that they have a no refund clause which is not made know untill you try to reach them for help. I find that since I paid for a service and did not in turn get my service that I can call this theft!!! I would have gladly called and worked something out with them but, they had no contact information. I am going to investigate this to the fullest extent of the law.
EMD - I want my money back and I will pursue this untill it is returned. Every red cent! It's not about the money rather than the principle.
