Purchased a hp 27 ink cartridge from tfp ink. Cartridge was bad and they sent a Return authorization number to return the bad cartridge. I returned the cartridge and they refuse to send a replacement. They have my money and I do not have a cartridge. Tfp will not answer emails. They want a profit, send your money but don't expect anything in return in return.
