I am a webmaster who needed a digital certificate for a client web site. Buying the original certificate was pretty easy. When it came time to renew I wound up facing all kinds of problems with their web site actually obtaining the new certificate.in addition to being billed twice, customer support was not helpful at all and gave me directions to things that I simply could not find including non-existing location to cancel the charge. Aside from paying twice for a certificate I have never received, they actually threatened to "black list" my credit card if I dared to issue a charge back for the fees they collected. I have saved all my emails with support as well as the response from the office of the president. They simply could not or would not assist in delivering the certificate to me then refused to refund the fees. I did notify my bank to issue a charge back to their account as that appears to be the only way to deal with them.
