I needed my birth certificate to drive again so i went to this wesite looking for a cheap certificate. The website did not say that you would simply download an application charging you additional fees to abtain a certificate. Going through the check out process i noticed that they did not inquire about my birth information, only my credit card numbers and billing address. I figured i had to pay for it before this information was required, no such luck!
I ddn't even get a receipt or order confirmation, just my account password. I have warned them i would report them if i did not receive my invoice and a real certificate. The very thing i was guranteed and didn't get.
